Team Speak

Hey everybody,

I was thinking we could maybe set up a Team Speak server for the Monday (?) evening premades?
This could improve our communication a lot
Unless there already is a TS server or maybe it's not a good idea?

Regarding the TS server, who would be most suitable for running the server?
I was thinking someone who has his pc on a lot and is quite active.
I'm quite new to the guild so I don't know who that might be. I don't have my pc on much more
than I'm online tbh. Maybe an officer of the guild because of his moderating status?

Anyways, voice chat should do fine till then:D

Good idea, but i cant take part in team speak, my p.c is in the living room, after i was evicted from my pc room, to make way for a baby. the wife would kill me if i spent all evening shouting at the pc as well as playing it. but by all means, use the wow team speak.

ill look into ventrillo or something simillar, but it may start costing me money for subscription im not sure! but ill look in to it

Yeah I think Ventrillo is gonna cost a bit I'm not sure if TS will cost money as well.
I don't think it will be a problem using the wow voice chat.

I think this would be a good idea, although i'm not sure if i can use TS and i don't know how to use the voice chat thing in-game. My old guild had a TS server, but i couldn't download TS as i'm using a Mac computer. iI had to download a different version called TeamSpeex, and although i could hear them, i was unable to speak to anyone using it. So if someone could tell me how to use the in-game voice chat or how i could use the TS, it would be a great help.

Hey Dan,

In order to be able to use the ingame voice chat you'll need to activate it by:

-press escape
-go to sound and voice options (2nd from above)
-at the bottom go to the second tab: 'voice'
-at the top tick 'enable voice chat'
-you should have a microphone and also tick 'enable microphone'

there you can also set your prefferances etc.
